In the year 2020...
Cygnus Bazza
AVON would be ‘big in I.T.’ and up on a ‘bullying in the workplace’ charge

VILA would be a reformed character after his release from prison, with his own show on community radio and a healthy following on Twitter

CALLY would be peddling ‘alternative’ therapies and writing new-age self-help books

TARRANT would be doing very well in marketing and spend his weekends cart racing

SOOLIN would have set up her own demolition company and turned down a presenting job on QVC

DAYNA would be doing great work helping troubled teenagers and appear regularly on Channel 4 documentaries

JENNA would, after leaving the Sugababes, have attempted an unsuccessful solo career before ‘retiring’ to run a small hotel on the south coast

GAN would be a ‘man with a van’ who shifts stuff for cash – his van would say ‘CALL GAN – THE MAN WITH THE VAN’

SERVALAN would be in the Cabinet, possibly as Home Secretary

TRAVIS would own a couple of pubs and have a profitable side-line knocking out ‘dodgy’ DVDs; at some point he’d have done a five stretch, of course

But what would Blake be doing?

rojkerr1
pitching against the windmills, raging against the machine as always

That sounds like about half the roles Brian Croucher plays!

Oops! What an oversight!

BLAKE, of course, would be a well-respected character actor best known for his role in a popular, long-running sci-fi series.

Blake is Peter Davison? Grin

"Standing ovation"

Now THERE'S a twist and a half!!!

"Computational Finance" most likely... BTW that really IS a job title today!

Maybe.... the problem is he's too useful to destroy.
...I mean fire.

Ever-so-brief example, fast forwarded to avoid controversy

Or perhaps Forensic Accounting (tracing where the baddies and tax dodgers stash their cash).

(Fantastic clip of Brian C, BTW!)

Yes, the combination of IT and finance would be irresistible to Avon. And I'm completely confident he'd actually be un-fireable. He'd know where all the bodies were buried and simply threaten to take down everyone at board level with him.

And, yes, I could definitely see him doing the old 'poacher turned gamekeeper' routine - if the money was right!
