I think this location was almost in walking distance of Television Centre...

That's handy!

Not there now. I think all the old derelict Wembley Exhibition buidings were demolished in the early 1990s. Did anyone get to them before they went?

Deeta looks smashing in his shiny silver outfit with a lovely bottom!
GARETH THOMAS: Paul is a very generous man, as a human being and as an actor. The programme couldn’t have been made if we hadn’t got on. Our working relationship was magic.

People laughed about the use of everyday items in a futuristic context, e.g. slide trays.

Today, they look much more futuristic as the kids of today wouldn't know what slide trays were.

Isn't that true? I saw a video recently that showed a couple of kids trying to figure out how to use an old telephone. They were totally baffled by the dial!

And yet we still talk about 'dialling a number' when phones haven't had dials for about 40 years.

My brother has installed an old ringer phone in our house. It's quite annoying in a retro way.

Del Grant would have said, "No," and shot him.

Actually, Del Grant would have shot him, and then said, "No."

I like that there's no music - just natural fx and neutral atmosphere. I think that's 'Arctic Wind' from a BBC grams disk - very useful.

They've got some heavy duty weapons there. Reminds me of Dirty Harry, 'go ahead, make my day!'

Yep! LOL Remember coming up in Terminal? The pair following Tarrant and Cally in the silver outfits and cute wigs? You could pick them off a quarter of a mile away!

That really is brilliantly done.

Vila takes the thing off, immediately, out of respect. Love Vila.

While Del and who knows how many others are listening to the very morbid end.

trevor travis
Why does Vinni shoot Deeta when he's already won?
