Ravella & The Dome City
I might write a Ravella backstory (fanfic) so I'm wondering if there are any facts known about Ravella, apart from what we learn in the first episode? Any other mention of her (or the Earth rebellion) throughout the series?

Also, any guesses for:
A - how big the dome city is? and
B - is there more than one dome city on Earth?

And how is Ravella pronounced? Blake mumbles it but I think it's Ra-vella. I initially thought it was Rav-ell-a but I think that's wrong. And Gareth's narration of Trevor Hoyle's novel is definitely Ra-vella:

My $0.02:

A - the domed city is about the size of one "Megacity" from the Judge Dredd comics (educated guess)
B - I can assume that yes, there are multiple domed cities on Earth

Ravella's name is usually (in Italian, at least) pronounced "Ra-VELL-lah".
Sweevo, sounds all good to me, thanks.
