When you watch episode #1 and then episode #52 you can see just how young they all look in the first one.

First followed by last, now there's an idea!

Big fan of that dark corridor set with the big spotlights illuminating the floor. You know it is a gateway to something mysterious!

Yup, I was just admiring it myself!

Right off the bat we have the very Spartan bare and stark white sets ala 1984...

Either that or the BBC budget didn't run to props and paint.

I think the latter is the case. They had inherited Softly, Softly's budget...all of 5

David Maloney revealed they totally blew the budget in Season A.... they spent 10.56 Shock

It's got a great '1984' vibe - surveillance, cameras, spies...

I read a workplace advice blog called Ask a Manager and today there was a letter from someone working at a company where there are cameras in all the offices recording both video and audio. I would like to think that it is a prank letter, but some companies really are that horrible Sad

I notice that Terry Nation is the writer of this new TV series. I wonder what he'll do in the first episode of his latest series. Last time, on Survivors, almost the whole of humanity died of 'The Death' in the first episode.

Throw in a few Daleks for effect and we've got something!

Oh that Terry chap did lots of stuff! The Champions, Dept S, some programme called Dr Who, The Avengers, The Persuaders...
Cold.....you don't know the meaning of cold.

I'm laughing at littlesue's sig line.

My cat's water bowl froze overnight in the basement bathroom. He wasn't very happy about it this morning.
