On my big screen it isn't Mr D.

Better watch on a small screen and pretend that it is him!

Dev, Deeta, and Del. Mr. Nation, there are other letters in the alphabet!

Correct costume, wrong actor.
"Blake is sitting up in a tree. Travis is sitting up in another tree. Unless they are planning to throw nuts at one another I don't see much of a fight developing before it gets light!" --Avon

Love how Jenna turns around suddenly as she gets a sense that Vila is up to no good behind her.

Vila and Kerril survive, but then again, they do keep their clothes on...

Vila survives for what, 20 episodes?

He even liked the number 7 (it was his lucky number), and it turns up everywhere! It's all over The Persuader's scripts.
Cold.....you don't know the meaning of cold.
Cold is when you have ice on the INSIDE of the window!!!

Done nicely. The grown ups understand but the kids just think the pair took a nap.

I was thinking how natural the acting is, much less mannered than nowadays. And no music drowning everything out.
The 70s was the golden age of tv.

And B7 my fave prog of all time.

40 years? Never! I remember mum and dad watching, I'm ashamed to say I was there but not terribly interested... til Avon appeared! (I was 15)

There is nothing wrong with the old computers, after 40 years they look truly very different from those that we have now.
It's just that I used to work with them (reveals my age) that they make me smile.

Big up for the Barbara Hepworth-esque polystyrene sculpture in the corridor.
Classy.

I have easily seen the entire series of Blake's 7 50+ times. And I never have been bored. I can watch it again 50 more times. Guess I'm a true fan- like us all.

I'm amazed to see such organic shapes in sculpture in the background, and in a column ealier. Far too attractive! But the colours are so drab, the clothes unadorned xcept jenna and maja. My sister just said that's just the 70s!

Sorry, can't think of a rhyme. Brad?

Nothing really rhymes with berg in English, so you could do...

There was a young lady of Flensburg....
Who danced on the top of an iceberg....

Or you could go for a near rhyme...

Who drove into town in her Chrysler....

Hmmm .... maybe it would be easier with the Danish name of the town .... I think I'll have to mull it over with the help of the good local beer ....

I can't help but think that it was scripted to be him. That man is so very laid-back.
