Re-watch of Alias Smith and Jones pilot
clareblues1
I'm sure some of you remember the 70s western series Alias Smith and Jones...I've been enjoying revisiting this series over the past few months and I wondered if anyone would like to join in a re-watch of the pilot episode?

Not planning to make this a regular thing, just a one off for something a bit different.

Don't panic if you've not got the series on DVD, you can watch it online via the Peter Duel memorial website (though you will need a reasonably fast internet connection to stop it jerking etc.)

I'm thinking of doing this on Wednesday 1st November at 7pm, UK time (GMT). All are welcome to join in the escapades of a couple of rather good looking cowboys! *no offence Tarrant!*

Heyes: "Did you hear that Kid? I don't like the look of that Avon fellow...with a name like that and a look like that and all..."
Kid: "He ain't no sheriff Heyes..."
Heyes: "That ain't all I'm worried about..."

Sounds like a great idea. I haven't watched that since .... my childhood? (It aired over here in 1973 and I can't remember any re-runs.) In any case, it's ages ago. And since you already pointed out my Kid Curry outfit I think I simply have to watch this! I'll try to be there. Just hope that I don't run into any technical problems.

I can't make any promises, but if I can fit it in, I'll be there. I remember when Alias Smith and Jones premiered- long, long ago- but I don't remember if I watched it!

Wednesday evenings I'm at WeightWatchers and may not be back in time. But I'll join you if I can. I've not watched it for years and it would be nice to see it again.
