Season B rewatch - B2 Shadow
Zonda
It's so satisfying to see all the crew getting meaty lines in the first scene together.

Isn't Gan brilliant here.

Hello all.
Although I wouldn't want every episode to be like this - I think this might have to be my favourite episode of B7.

How sinister is the muzak?

Very sinister.
This episode has so much packed into it - plots and sub-plots, mafia and alien invasion, great dialogue, gorgeous costumes, moral dilemmas...

Blake the idealist is willing to do a deal with the Terra Nostra while all of his criminal crew want nothing to do with it.

This isn't Blake's finest hour. His idealism is wearing thin.

There are some classic Dystopian Fascist Society B7 moments.

For sure - it's a nice progression for his character.

So Blake is doing a deal with the Terra Nostra, and leaves behind the one crew member who actually wants to go to Space City.

A rat in a box. LOL
Zil: Oneness must resist the Host.

Blake does a lot of shouting in this episode. I wouldn't want to be part of his crew while he is so irritable

Zonda
Having waited ages to have a script transmitted, I always imagined that Chris Boucher invented 'Terra Nostra' as a mischievous euphemism for 'Terry Nation'.

Rat infected with a parasite in this episode.

JustBrad
No, I'm just sentimental about money.

One of the defining lines.

Quite possibly. I think it was Boucher's way of saying mafia or cosa nostra and not getting in any trouble.
