"Blake" composition
sweevo
Dear Horizon,

After almost a year of recording, mixing and mastering my tribute composition for Gareth Thomas, I present to you the final version of "Blake", an instrumental experimental electronic piece with elements of progressive rock and chiptune music. I was going to save it for the convention (and I have given purplecleric permission to distribute it freely), but for fear of my contribution going unrecognised and some positive reception from my inner circle (and in case it didn't début at the "Blake" event), I chose to upload it here. If it is played at the event, then great (as long as I'm credited for it, as it is my piece)Smile If not, then never mind.

Lovely tribute Sweevo. Gareth would have been very touched I'm certain.
Just because I can't sing doesn't mean I won't.

Sweevo, I really liked your Blake composition. It reminded me of the music of Blake's 7 and also the music from Doctor Who circa 1979. I especially liked the ending. Very good and a wonderful tribute to Gareth. I'm sure he'd be very touched. Thank you.

Sweevo, thank you, that's a lovely tribute! You have a very special view on musical dynamics and I can hear your emotions while "telling" your story about Blake.
