B7: 40th Anniversary Convention
Mistletoe12
SAVE THE DATE
Saturday 17th February, 2018

Blake’s 7 turns 40 years old in 2018. Susan (Mistletoe) and Clare (Clareblues1) have teamed up to celebrate the show’s Ruby Anniversary with a fan run, independent event.

We have booked a spacious venue in the village of Hampton in Arden, close to the NEC/Birmingham International, and hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Hold onto the flight console, it’s going to be quite a ride!

Watch this space for further updates.

just say when
I have concluded that Jenna is Blake-aware, Blake is Avon-aware, Avon is self-aware and Gan is rarely aware. Vila is merely wary. Cally is frequently more away than aware.

Wooo hooo. In the calander. Saving already. Thank you both.
Just because I can't sing doesn't mean I won't.

Baking competition maybe? Blakes 7 birthday cakes for Angry Angel??
Just because I can't sing doesn't mean I won't.

Cake is an absolute must to celebrate the Anniversary. And chocolate is one of the five a day, isn't it? Wink

Susan and Clare- are you trying to bankrupt us? Grin We are just starting our trip planning for the Blake con in June and now you dangle the proverbial carrot in front of us for 2018. We'll have to think this one through very carefully but one thing should be said. THANK YOU for doing this! If it wasn't for our Forum membership, we would have no Blake's 7 cons to attend. All the best of luck and hopefully we will see you there!

What a great initiative Mistletoe and Clare!
Now to figure out how to get my chocolate cakes on transport.
Sadly enough I can't bring them in person, but if you liked the cakes I brought last year, I will give sending them a try!

Well, we knew we'd be back in 2018 anyway. We were talking about a week in Edinburgh taking every tour they had. I'm sure we can spend a couple days in Birmingham.

Bless you Brad and Paula...Susan and I agreed that we needed to give all the folks overseas as much notice as possible.

The advantage is that there is an international airport 10 mins drive away. You can get direct flights from Toronto and New York. There are good rail connections from central Birmingham that will take you pretty much anywhere in the U.K.

The following website gives a map of all flight routes from Birmingham. http://birmingham...stinations
