no votes for Del Grant?

Luckily Del Grant has been fleshed out quite well as a character by Big Finish. Good thing, Cavan Scott, David Richardson and I are fans of the character and that I had the pluck to go up to David Richardson (and writer Mark Wright) and strike up a conversation about Grant at a con. Just looked what it produced audio wise! I'm humbled by two mentions of me by David on the liner notes and a mention by Cavan and Tom Chadbon in one of the extras at the end of an audio. Talk about dying a happy fan, wow!

so we have you to blame for that Pfft
Del Grant is an awesome character tbh.

Actually you do have me to blame for that. I (and Brad) do our part to spread the Blake's 7 message at conventions on two continents and especially to the Big Finish staff, of which we have met practically all of them, plus a few writers. Nick Briggs call us 'those Blake people' and we could not imagine higher praise.

well now, that means I should probably buy you a lot of drinks next time you come to Blighty Grin
I have concluded that Jenna is Blake-aware, Blake is Avon-aware, Avon is self-aware and Gan is rarely aware. Vila is merely wary. Cally is frequently more away than aware.

I always assumed Servalan was the daughter of some High Council bigshot. After Don Keller disappeared she was fast tracked by her father to Supreme Commander because the High Council wanted someone to reign in an increasingly domineering Space Command. She ratted out Kasabi and this made her career but, drunk on the power she'd gained commanding a military and all the soldiers she got to sleep with, she went native, and under pressure from people like Joban and Bercol and Rontane about Blake, decided to use the Intergalactic War to save her own ass by staging a military coup.
