Room for a continuation right there - one of the kids (now an adult) discovers the truth behind what REALLY happened... and decides to pick up where Blake left off.

Oh, now that's an excellent starting of point. Never heard of that before!

I was kind of hoping Varon would be a major player... but no.

In honour of Phil Stevens fantastic recreation of the Liberator Flight console, I think we should have a quick shout out for Ven Glynd's Door Knobs!

Yaaay for Glynd's Door Knobs!

I love Maja's platform sandals. I used to have a pair like those - it was great being a 'normal' height.

I always thought two good names for rock bands would be 'sub 43' and 'signal the alien'.

I prefer 'Cally and the Moon Disks'.

For all that Sally Knyvette was very young and inexperienced in TV at the time, she plays Jenna extremely well - utterly convincing.

I read a story once where one of the kids does reappear, and he certainly had no intention of picking up where Blake left off..............

That would make a nice twist though Sweevo, if they realised what REALLY happened and followed that storyline.

In the future that was 35 years ago, Varon has to get a camera.
Today, he would simply use his smartphone.
Times have changed.
