Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

Robin seems to suffer from the Buck Rogers syndrome. He can't seem to button his shirt. -P
Zil: Oneness must resist the Host.

What's your opinion of Nicholas Grace? I thought him a very good choice for his role here. I also laughed my head off seeing him in the outtakes, etc. What a card! -P

Don't think they liked that suggestion. Ouch!

Quite like him, although not anywhere near as much as Keith Allen who had me laugh out loud at his sparing with Gisbourne so many times. Nicholas Grace is more subtle to start with, and his put downs of Gisbourne don't work as well imo because in RoS the latter isn't such a strong character. But I grew to like Nicholas Grace a lot more as the episodes went along.

This kind of scene, where Judi Trott becomes the series lead however temporarily, is what was missing from the early episodes but became more a part of the format later on...

The light and smoke effects in the great hall are excellent. If its clever use of natural light, even more so!

The prayer scene between Tuck and Marian was a brilliant moment of dark comedy in a serious setting. A strength of British drama.

All the British drama I've seen seems never to stoop to the lowest common denominator. Only wish we'd do that over here in the USA. -P

Don't argue with the sword. One thing I liked about RoS, as it went along, was the way that it combined different British legends. The swords were obviously a reference to the Arthurian legend and Excalibur.

The occult ceremony was well done. Of course, the Coven of Cuties wins it several bonus points...

Have a lot of respect for episodes like this for portraying the black arts as real in the world-view of the series, not something to be explained away. That annoys me about Dr Who sometimes, the need to nonsense the supernatural.
