Happy days

When is Blake's Seven going to be on the BBC Again??! This time I hope every episode will be shown to series 4. Back in 2002 the BBC, only shown up to series 2. It's funny that Doctor Who gets repeats on the Horror Channel.

Why not join us for a rewatch this evening?
7.45pm put in your DVD of Deliverence and watch it along with us..although there may be some pausing as us Avon ladies drool over a certain rather nice computer expert.
The Beeb have said that the viewing figures do not warrant any repeats...that was their excuse last time they pulled it from the schedulesAngry

You are correct, Sue, but why hasn't Blake's 7 been shown on the Horror Channel? It seems to me it at least deserves another airing somewhere! Sad.
Zil: Oneness must resist the Host.

Maybe the rights are more complex.
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

They were repeated over-an-over on UK Gold on Sunday mornings. I suspect the episodes will resurface again at some point.

Unfortunately we didn't have cable back then.

I do remember that every time the BBC repeated runs of programmes, I would watch the first few then miss the rest, eventually giving up or forgetting about them.... for years I knew the first half of the first seasons of Star Trek and B7 very well indeed but knew nothing of the stories that followed!

I guess it always does come down to ratings. I think Dad's Army won better ratings on its early 90s repeats than its original run, but I gather this is something of a rarity.
