Good evening! Just loading the dvd...

My favourite of them all, so far anyway (not having seen TFA) and not only because of the Leia sequence; there's lots that clicks for me with this one...

It's the first film to come out, after already being a fan (after the TV Premiere of Star Wars the previous year), so I do have an affinity with this film - I've still got the sticker book somewhere Wink

There was a big delay in the UK TV Premiere of "Empire" (I think Lucas wanted a ridiculous amount for the rights), so I saw "Jedi" a long time before that.

"Jedi" is my second favourite of the films, some distance behind the original and the best Wink

All these daft looking creatures mean this film gets off to a very shaky start indeed.

Let's just cut to Leia in the bikini, please. Grin

The Jabba Jazz has an absurd annoyance factor Grin

She's only wearing the helmet because she's ginger, and she's afraid you'll make fun of her.
Men of Harlech cease your dreaming, can't you see their street signs gleaming...

It will go the way of fulfilling male fantasies for decades to come.
