That just about sums it up Wink
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

Excuse me? In which Blake ruins everything. As usual.

I still blame Blake though. Why didn't he get in touch? And I don't think I can face the death of Zen so soon after the death of Clara.

So it's imaginary Blake's fault. Grin

Besides which, Avon has destroyed the Liberator long before he is subjected to the hallucination of seeing Blake!

Oh Blake the rebel hero was always an imaginary figure. He just persuaded Avon to buy into the fantasy . And then left! And don't forget, Zen did say that he didn't think the particles posed a danger.

Actually I was thinking of 'Blake' when I made my original post but was too proud to admit I'd made a mistake - hence the specious rationalisations that have followed.

Blake didn't exactly leave through choice - there was a war on Wink

And it's somewhat ambiguous as to how hard Avon searched for him. The references dry up after "Volcano". They don't appear to be searching for Blake in "Dawn", but rather playing a board game. Clearly finding Blake was a big priority wasn't it? Wink

I still think blaming Blake for the events of "Terminal" is somewhat stretching things. I could see the argument of Servalan being partially at fault, but Blake?????? Grin Grin Grin

Just blame Blake for everything, it's easier.

Unless it's Tarrant's fault. Then blame Tarrant.

Kerr Avon takes one for the team,
A drug induced electric dream
At Servalan's Guile, he can only smile,
While Zen flies apart at the seams.

Occasionally you have to give the antagonist credit for a cunning plan.

Laying a trap to steal a spaceship on a planet next to a spaceship destroying acid cloud is not that cunning a plan...

But who knew it was a space ship destroying cloud? No one, not even Avon, not even Zen.
And the cloud could be many light years away. Remember how fast Liberator can travel (Okay, maybe only in Cygnus Alpha... come to think of it, didn't the slow Civil Administration Ship London arrive at CA at the same time as Liberator? Hmm... nevermid).

The fact that flying into is necessary to reach the destination suggests it was close, if it were light years away then surely the auto navigation would have taken them around it without comment?

But it wasn't necessary. Avon only insisted because the mysterious instructions stated he must not deviate from this course. In this I find Avon acting a bit out of character, which now has me thinking of last night's Doctor Who.

Which is my point really, that if the cloud were light years away then passing around it would not represent a course change because of the distance narrowing the angle.
