Foam in DW really takes off in this and the next story.

Unfortunately the geography in this story is horrendous, but I'm generally charitable with Doctor Who so let it pass...

You're not supposed to watch it while looking at an underground map Wink

Remember my job... I don't need to be looking at the map to know that it's all nonsense!! Grin Wink
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

Anne Travers nicely rebukes Captain Knight's sexism.

There is one character in this story that really annoys the hell out of me. That cowardly soldier.

Oh GC, you're in for a treat, last night's episode rocked. A return to the experimental episodes of the classic series.

No! Stop it! I got out and it was a happy month, but then I caved and watched the Zygon double. I am not being fooled again!

Sleep No More was one of my least enjoyable ever experiences watching the show and there's honestly nothing I can say to recommend it; nothing at all worked for me and I probably won't watch it a second time. Which probably means that you'll love it GC... Wink

Having Travers works well here because it explains why the Tardis crew are accepted straight away; and because Travers trusts them, that leads to Lethbridge-Stewart trusting them too and sets up half a decade of the show!

Nice idea for meet a character (Travers) over 40 years later.

So we're 1975 at the earliest then...

Just to point out an example of the inaccuracies in the geography; they just said the web was filling the tunnels between Euston Square and Kings Cross and was moving towards Farringdon and Liverpool Street... except that the Met line East of Kings Cross/St Pancras runs mostly above ground and not in tunnels!
