I was watching the darts on ITV4 over the weekend. The tournament (European Championship) was won by a guy called Peter Wright who's incredible hairstyle and dragon tattoo on the side of his head made him look just like a Space Rat! |

Souad Faress (Selma in and on Horizon) playing a batty woman in Silent Witness who is, in fact, an essential witness. I still want her outfit from Horizon, feathers and all. Don't philosophise at me you electronic moron!

Did you watch it on DVD, Lee, or was it on TV? I'm not in the UK but I keep hearing that a lot of these old shows I have on DVD are being shown again on things like Special Forces TV and Britbox etc. |

DVD - I bought the complete series box set and have been slowly rewatching it. Near the end of the second series.

A couple of days ago I listened to DS Vogel - The Body on the Heath. A radio play by Bill Lyons, presumably the same Bill Lyons who wrote Games, it features both Bruce Purchase and a very young Steven Pacey as it was originally broadcast in 1976. It's available on the BBC Sounds app.

Wimsey etc. I've now bookmarked DS Vogel. Twitter: @TravisinaB7
My views are my own VILA: I'm entitled to my opinion. AVON: It is your assumption that we are entitled to it as well that is irritating. |

Robert James aka Ven Glynd the original and Michael Sheard aka Klegg in 5 Red Herrings / Lord Peter Wimsey mystery series from 1975. In the same scene being Scottish, although one of them already was Scottish.

Brian Capron and Tony Caunter in the same episode of Minder. I'd love to find a popular tv show from then where ALL the guest stars were B7 guest stars.

Followed by Brian Croucher in The Professionals. I have seen all these progs so many times...still better than a lot of modern stuff.
