It could scan better but I wanted to get it out of my head before I got too diverted by it.

It originally started "There was a young fan called Trevor/who never caused trouble ever" but you can only push poetic licence so far, you know! (Just kidding TT, put down that sign!)

The only rhyme I could think of for 'Harlech' was Dalek!

Glad I wasn't taking a drink about the time I read the above poem. I would have short-circuited my keyboard! LOL Very witty there, JD.

My Dad used to say, "You're a poet, but you don't know it, though your feet show it. They're Longfellows." (Gets coat!) Thanks for the poem, I loved it! -Paula

I've found this old lobby card from an old movie Tom Chadbon was in. I hope you enjoy these three unique images of Tom.

A slightly off-kilter one. While watching an early episode of the Goodies with my son ("Pirate Radio Goodies", BBC 1970) I was impressed by the set for their submarine. I thought, "I bet Roger Murray-Leach designed that," and indeed, he had.

Not an incredible spot as credits for RM-L can be seen on a number of shows of the right vintage (including Dr Who) but I liked the clean open design and also the swivel chairs, which look just right for the flight deck of a spaceship!

Love the goodies, there are loads of dr who references in the classic show. I'm watching the colour series of the Roger moore saint, lots of B7 actors, Julian Glover, Paul Daneman

Some time ago, I heard about Nigel Kneale's classic ghost story The Stone Tape. I was intrigued, because it is based upon the same idea I had once for a story myself (but which I never wrote). Yesterday, at last, I watched The Stone Tape. It's really good (Kneale allegedly hated B7, but he wrote some brilliant stuff), and there were two interesting things to spot.
The first was a predecessor model of Orac:

And then a guy popped up behind Orac Mk 0 who seemed to look familiar:

Yes ... it is indeed Paula's favourite mercenary!

Surprise!- Tom's in everything. I think the Stone Tape concept is a good one and I quite enjoyed the film. Did you like the part where Tom gets really spooked and screams? Oh, dear! Thanks for posting the photos, Hugbot. Much appreciated! -Paula

Love the Stone tape, amazing story, shame Nigel Kneales the Chopper no longer exist, from the script it was very good, Patrick Troughton? The Road also brilliant, sadly missing again

Well, it is a very tense situation, they are all exhausted and driven to the brink of cracking up, but ... "IT'S IN THE COMPUTAAAAAAH!!!" was a bit OTT for my taste. (Hope you don't bring your Welsh street sign the next time we meet ...)

Surprise!- Tom's in everything.

Yes, it was quite funny to spot him after JD posted all the TC appearances!

And while we are at it, there was another interesting moment in the Stone Tape with the bloke who conducts the dyeing experiments (not dying, although that would seem more appropriate for a ghost story):

I've seen his episode on YouTube and enjoyed it. Glad to hear they are bringing out the entire series next month. Must consider getting it.

Now, if anyone could help me to find out if the 1970 version of Hamlet Tom Chadbon did for the Open University is to be found on either VHS or DVD- I'd be much grateful. I can't tell you how eager I am to see him doing Shakespeare! -Paula

Changes is like Survivors for kids, based on a trilogy by Peter Dickinson, excellent show with a mystical twist, will keep an eye out for the Shakespeare Paula
