I'm assuming you don't need to read those Christie books in order right?

No, any order will do.

I read my first one when I was 10 years old - staying with my grandmother and had run out of children's books, she said, 'Why not try this?'
That was it, I was hooked and hoovered up as many as could lay my hands on until I swapped allegiance to Alistair McLean in my teens.

The great thing is I'm nicely sloshed and I'm not going out this week. Time to watch some bad movies.

Have we decided to lock in 8.30 Aussie time for the rewatches from 31 October onward?? That'll be 9.30 UK time.

Another of my fave Christies - and possibly her very best in terms of plotting - is the one that was originally called 'Ten Little <insert now-unacceptable racist word> Boys', and is now called 'And Then There Were None'. It's a brilliant story, and the unacceptable word (which was part of an old rhyme around which the murders are based) has, I believe, been replaced with the word 'Soldier'.

Ah well there was method in my madness.......I wanted this locked in so that I could ask about what we want to happen in 3 weeks time when Aussie clocks change. Shall we stay will 7pm (which will then be 11am UK time) or move? It's only 3 weeks that the UK will be at this time (until their clocks change).

My apologies for missing this re-watch but sadly there was a death in the family tonight so that took top priority. It looks like it was a blast and I hope to catch you all next week.

Till then, please live forever or die trying,
Sean.
