Rewatch - Tanith Lee tribute - Sand
JustBrad
There are some wonderful scenes with Servalan, offering a rare glimpse at her human side, but just how thick does Tarrant have to be for this plot device to work?

Blame the sand, I guess.
There was a young man
From Cork who got Limericks
And Haikus confused.

If the Sand had to chose between Avon and Tarrant, who would it pick? And where would Jarvik come?

Maybe that should be our next poll. Pfft

Um... does Og use a sandbox?

Grin Grin

It's OK, his sand isn't green Wink

He wants to be included in our dominant male poll, though:

1. Avon
2. Tarrant
3. Travis
4. Jarvik
5. Gunn Sar
6. Og

It has to be Avon judging by his reaction!
GARETH THOMAS: Paul is a very generous man, as a human being and as an actor. The programme couldnít have been made if we hadnít got on. Our working relationship was magic.

Avon thought it was for him. His reaction was very animated.

Indeed, Orac is only allowed to say that when no-one else is about Grin

Lovely reference to Sarcophagus, told by Soolin!

"You'd never get a cat to be a servant. You ever see a cat return a stick? "Hey, man! You threw the stick, you go get it yourself! I'm busy! If you wanted the stick so bad, why'd you throw it away in the first place?"

This probability square looks like some silly toy for managers.

Ooh. Lovely dialogue. The girl next door.

Lurena
Hah! The (in)famous "next door" exchange..
Very clever, the actors keep in character, but there is something in their eyes...

That dome thing in Keller's base looks like the dome thing that used to be in front of Zen on the Libby!!

Panna
Who did care about Cally? No one could be bothered to show it if they did.

Vila seems to be the only one who really cares and mourns for Cally. Great characterisation.

Why are we doing this?
The manager said he ran it through the probability square and it made the most sense.
Are you sure he's not making that up?
Of course he wouldn't make it up, he's a manager.

Chemistry and humour since they were living next door to each other in real life at the time! (I expect you already know that)
