Vila's magic act ... love that!

I like the way each character gets a good chunk of the action in this episode.

Ooh, that's well put.

Thanks. Well I think this thought came from something Travisina said. I can't quite remember what but it was something like Avon and Cally's shared grief. Travisina can you remind us?

I think it was Trevor Travis, actually. Back on page 1 or 2 of this thread - TT, can you remind us?

In this season, the cheap episodes (Sarcophagus and Death-Watch) are amongst the best.

Agreed! Death-Watch is top notch.

My second favourite episode ... third is Sarcophagus.

Of season three? Which one is the first? My one is Power Play. Grin

Of the whole series. No. 1 is rumours.

I think my fav episodes are a bit like this:

1. Blake
2. Rumours
3. City
4. Orbit
5. Sacrophagus
6. Star One
7. Death-Watch
8. Terminal
9. The Way Back
10. Powerplay

Roughly speaking Wink

Yes, it's the two previous episodes before this. Cally sees the whole of her race wiped out. Avon has to kill Anna. And this is a kind of sequel to those.

So do I - and Michael Keating does a wonderful monologue, such a mix of bravado and fear.

"I'm afraid your rather temperamental weapons aren't stable anymore."

Same could be said for most of the crew, and much of the fandom. Grin 2019

I think Avon manipulated Tarrant into charging to the flight deck.
