Who is it? Mark Ayres? I really like it. Far better than Keff Bleedin' McCulluch Grin Grin

Off topic, but is everyone going to buy the City of Death novel tomorrow?

A one-off, so it doesn't count. Wink (just as you don't count OHMSS as a James Bond film Wink )

Still not sure what you're on about on that thread. The poll is of actors, not the films and there's an 'other' option that acknowledges non-recurring actors.
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

Maybe!
I'm planning to go to the launch event at St Pancras Station, which is on my way home from work anyway. And I would love the chance to tell James Goss how good his Liberator Chronicles are Smile

There's no point being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes

Seeing Anthony Ainley at a con years ago, he said upon getting the role, he combed his hair back and practiced doing the diabolic laugh.

Ace is a great companion. Her ankles are quite strong, and she decides to capture a Cheetah person rather than scream at it. Wink

It was already on the shelf in Northampton Waterstones today, but I'm waiting for the audiobook.

Dominic was at our TARDIS con last November and I got him to sign my Mat Irvine book! Didn't make his concert though.

Cheers. It's very moody, the music in this. I think I like Glynn's incidental music in other stories too, even though his arrangement of the theme is poor (though, not as poor as the Season 24-26 arrangement, which is simply diabolic, and sounds like it's played on a cheap 80s synthesiser, which it probably was).

Lisa Bowerman....

Kara was the first Doctor Who role for Lisa Bowerman, now one of the main big names at Big Finish; and, as Bernice Summerfield, their original audio lead.

Bernice is slightly less furry Grin

In the script, and rehearsals until the awful costumes turned up, this was supposed to be an Ace/Kara lesbian relationship. It's sort of still there, but the actors struggled to make it work with Lisa's face and expressions not properly visible.
