Funny you mention liquid courage and Sylvester McCoy. Last time we met, we were telling him how we toured the Highlands of Scotland and Loch Ness. He asked if we saw the monster. I said no. He replied that I probably hadn't had enough whiskey! Love Sylv.

Yes, I like Sylvester too. Very nice person.
Reversing the polarity of the neutron flow. I bet that means something. It sounds great.

I like the actor, just not the stories he was in. I blame the writers and JNT.

Sorry to rewatch and run but I really need to do a few things before dinner. Excellent episode this time and much fun. Thanks all!

Interesting to know. Did they get paid or did they volunteer?

It really is a tiny village.

True, but unusual for the local residents of a location to get such a prominent place in the final shots.

Appearing on Doctor Who was payment enough! Then as now, it was a really big thing to lay claim to.

I love Sylv, love his Doctor, one of my top three in the role, and Curse of Fenric is incredible, met him outside Forbidden Planet in London, just bumped into him, literally! Said how much I loved his portrayal of the Doctor, he was so gracious, very patient with a star struck fan!
