Limericks by Brad Black - Season C

Limericks by Brad Black
Season C

The Tempest was Shakespeare's last tale.
In which Prospero finally prevails.
In our opus he dies, while poor Dayna cries,
And Servie's seduction bid fails.

I get back from a little side trip,
And this tall guy starts giving me lip.
Vila and Cally avoid their finale,
But as for Blake, this is MY ship.

The Feds spring a nice little trappy.
Zen spoils it and gets trigger happy.
Cally gets caught, there's a flashy groin bot,
And Morri ends up in hot sappy.

Dawn of the Gods
Our heroes land in quite a fix,
As Orac's up to his old tricks.
So Cally gets shooty, the lads do their duty,
With a well placed graphite writing stick.

Harvest of Kairos
That Jarvik is clever and proud.
He even has our Tarrant cowed.
He wasn't hesitant wooing the President
Now he's clad in a funeral shroud.

City at the Edge of the World
These poor peasant people need savin'
From a horrible villain named Bayban.
Vila gets the girl and saves their whole world,
But in the end goes home with Avon.

Children of Auron
Servalan wants to have babies.
And lets loose a batch of space rabies.
Poor Zelda gets fried, Franton sings lullabies,
And Ginka is pushing up daisies.

Rumours of Death
When seeking lost love to avenge,
Be careful you don't come unhinged.
For your misplaced trust, you'll have to adjust,
Or start on your long, slow descent.

When crashing an alien funeral,
Your telepath better be dutiful.
She'll abide Vila's knavery and Tarrant's proud bravery,
But she's most angry when she is beautiful.

Cally was taken while ravin'
To satisfy Ultraworld's cravin'
Tarrant will rally, but ruin for Cally
Her one chance to get inside Avon.

This plot line is likely to sicken.
That Doran's a bomb that is tickin'.
Vila gets drafted, that poor mouse gets shafted,
And this planet's run by a plucked chicken.

We're up to our necks in young Tarrants,
Teal's champion AND heir apparent.
Alas once again, Dayna postpones revenge,
While Del executes Deeta's errand.

Kerr Avon takes one for the team,
A drug induced electric dream.
At Servalan's guile, he can only smile,
While Zen flies apart at the seams.
